The new technical offices are conceived to optimize production spaces and rationalize the internal organization, while maintaining operational efficiency and respecting the company’s corporate identity.
Seven suspended volumes are proposed, inserted within the existing glazed openings. Each unit, approximately 36 m² in size, is developed above ground level, thereby freeing up usable space within the operational area.
A distinctive feature of the intervention is the visual connection from the work areas through suspended walkways and transparent surfaces, providing both functional access and visual continuity between the office spaces and the production areas.
The intervention gives the building a new identity, reflecting a corporate philosophy that combines tradition and innovation, design and technology.
The project received an Honorable Mention at the 2025 Premio Maestri Comacini.
