The logistics and production center, built with a prefabricated prestressed concrete structure, features façades composed of prefabricated panels with a continuous exposed brick base and a full-length ribbon window along the perimeter.
The site's geometry determines the building's L-shaped plan, optimizing its development potential while complying with the permitted urban planning parameters. Constructed using a prefabricated structure to contain building costs, the project seeks to redefine the typical box-like industrial typology through a carefully researched architectural identity.
Landscape design, despite the limited space allowed by the logistics program, was also carefully considered, particularly through the use of tree-lined rows conceived in dialogue with the architectural layout.
The point-supported structural grid, with a span of 18.60 × 9.50 m, allows for a flexible distribution of the workspaces, illuminated from above through an industrial shed roof system.
The façades, characterized by wide overhanging eaves, are organized with loading and unloading bays and deep porticoes.
