LP House is characterized by a light grey envelope marked by differentiated openings and thin vertical and horizontal grooves, designed to give dynamism to the generative square volume.
The regular openings, arranged with varying proportions on all elevations, frame the surrounding landscape.
The flat roof is defined by a slender cornice in pietra serena, accentuated by a deep shadow gap.
Two porticoes frame the perspective views. A laminated glass roof shelters the south-facing side, while the north-facing side is defined by an open-air screen wall, ensuring the house's privacy.
The ground floor accommodates the living area, including dining and kitchen spaces arranged around a double-sided fireplace core. The first floor houses the sleeping area, with the main bedroom facing south and opening onto a sheltered loggia.
The materials used are simple and consistent with the architectural language. The windows and internal doors are custom-made in ash wood, while the interior flooring and the cantilevered staircase, lit by a large overhead skylight, are made of thermally treated ash wood.
